Wani bincike da masana harkar lafiya su ka yi, sun gano cewa naman Ɓera na ɗauke da  'protein' da 'amino acids', sinadaran da ke ƙara ƙarfin jiki da gina ƙashi da haɓaka sauran sassan jiki sannan yana ɗauke da 'vitamins' masu yawa kamar 'vitamin B12' wanda ke tsaftace jini da kula da lafiyar jinin jinkin mutum.
    Naman Ɓera har ila yau, yana ɗauke da 'iron' wanda ke taimakawa zirga-zirgar iskar 'oxygen' da kuma 'zinc' wanda ke taimakawa wajen gina ƙwayoyin halitta, garkuwar jiki da kuma lafiyar ƙasusuwan jiki.
   Da akwai sinadarai kamar 'selenium, phosphorus, niacin, vitamin B2, B3, B6, da dai sauransu, waɗanda ke aiki wajen gina ɗaukacin lafiyar mutum, gyara fatar jiki, da kuma samar da kuzari da dai sauransu.
    Naman Ɓera na ɗauke da sinadaran da ke rage kitse ajikin mutum da kuma ragewa mutum ƙiba cikin ƙanƙanin lokaci.

    Saidai masana lafiya sun yi gargaɗin cewa za a iya kamuwa da cututtuka ta hanyar yawaita cin naman ɓera saboda yadda Ɓeran ke shiga ko ina tare da cin abinci mara tsafta amma indai an masa dahuwa ko suya mai kyau wannna ba matsala ba ce.

   Wani binciken  'The World Cancer Research/American Institute for Cancer Research Project' ya nuna cewa cin jan nama, wato irin  naman Ɓera da sauransu na iya haifar da wani nau'in ciwon kansa da ake kira 'colorectal caner', saidai an tabbatar ba lallai ne cin jan nama kamar naman Ɓera ya zama cutarwa ga lafiya ba.

    Don haka naman Ɓera nama ne mai daɗi da amfani ajikin mutum, wanda ya kamata a ce ana gyara shi sannan a kai shi manyan  kantina irin su 'Super Markets' a dinga sayarwa ko kuma yin farfesunsa saboda masu son kashe kwaɗayinsu da cin kayan daɗi.
